I awakened this morning and saw the Statue of Liberty crying. I
noticed in the local paper an article about all the “free dumb” our
educational system is creating. The new federal curriculum is designed to produce standardized outcomes of how our youth should not think, but behave?
“FREE DUMBS!”
I read how our Congress is debating the benefits of L.O.S.T.
(Law Of the Sea Treaty) and how subscribing to L.O.S.T. will help
us find our sovereignty? A new sovereignty that submits to a new
international governing organization that controls the oceans and
seas of the world.
I reminisce how our country once had strong Unions working towards
the rights of our labor force only to be corroded by corruption and
supplanted by large business interests in globalization and profits; all
the while forces in the U.S.A. are forming a new union, a North American
Union, that will take control of the labor pool to work for large companies
that must profit for their newly made wealthy Muslim investors.
Yes, I can see it’s all about free trade. We’ll work, excuse me,
volunteer for the greater benefit of mankind by giving up the Blessings
God gave us when we lived under His Shadow of Protection. The lefts
have taken our rights. But why should we sorrow? We still have our
“free dumbs.” Am I not exercising my “writes” to express how I feel?
Although very soon I will lose my rights to write and my big brother
will say it’s in my best interest?
CONSTITUTION
Our great country only recognizes alien-able rights. The only part
of our Constitution left is the Con. I suppose I should be happy for
that? Just think I can still be Con-vinced our government knows what’s
best. I should Con-sider how important my service to the betterment
of man will be when I no longer have a Con-science. I am sure that in
place of wages for a job well done, I will be awarded Con-gratulations
instead. Why, even the rights of those in our religious institutions can
enjoy the “free dumb,” when these Con-verts are told they Con-go
and live whatever way they desire, as long as it doesn’t affect the
prophet’s, excuse me again, profits of the few that benefit from our
new society.


THE RELIGIOUS ENTERTAINMENT FIX!
Arbeit Macht Frei, Work Makes Free, was what the Jews were told
as they entered the Concentration work camps. Today we are trained to
embrace that freedom is our willingness to operate in our new global
society by accepting what’s best for us; meaningless entertainment,
relentless sports programming, mega doses of Hollywood science
fiction, and sexual promiscuity. Well, aren’t these the instructional
tools we need to function in a decadent society? California’s Supreme
Court just passed legislation allowing same sex marriages beginning
June 17, 2008.
The mystical body of Christ on the Earth spends most of its time
in contemplative mystic prayer. Instead of contemplating the preaching
of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Him Crucified, they engage in
mystical prayer, and meetings with “lying signs and wonders.” Gold
dust blown off by Angel wings and magical diamonds appearing are
the claims that draw the “free dumb” for an entertainment fix in
Lakeland, Florida. Or, should we call it Deception-land Florida?
In all seriousness, the condition of the Church is one of a drunkard
who lost its senses and now is dull of hearing and stumbling in the
dark. The forces of evil seem to find ways to remove what little light
is left in the world and soon even the shadows will be totally dark.
The good news is God has always raised up a testimony before He
sends Judgment. I am reminded of Enoch’s son Methuselah, whose
very name means, “after the deluge,” indicating after his death would
come the flood. Noah received instruction to build an ark in the presence
of a perverse generation as a testimony of the Judgment of God
to come.
REPETITIOUS WARNINGS
Abraham would petition the Lord to spare Sodom and Gomorrah
for just a few righteous people. God would send two Angels to take the
righteous out and then send Judgment upon the unbelievers. Moses
would be a testimony to both God’s People and Egypt that the One
True and Living God is God. With great miraculous signs and wonders
of plagues, God would display His Power for Judgment, and Grace to
lead towards Repentance. Ultimately God rescued His People and
destroyed the rebellious Egyptians.
God has always sent repetitious warnings and testimonies of
His coming Judgments in hopes to elicit Repentance. Is the direction
our country is heading, a testimony towards the ripening Judgment
of God? Can this be a sign to us in the Church that God is allowing
a nation that rejects Him to be swallowed up in its own destructive
will? Jesus said (Mat. 11:23) that Sodom would blush in comparison
to what Capernaum would receive in Judgment, because of the signs
and wonders they saw and experienced. Our great country of America
has experienced great and mighty Blessings from God. The Church is
called to be a light to the world. Today the flame that brightly burned
in the Church is being extinguished by the winds of worldly doubt and
selfishness.
GLOBAL GIANTS?
Every Revival has been proceeded by a remnant that desired God and the truth of the Word of God. A desire to see God glorified
through the preaching of Jesus Christ and Him Crucified, as people
repent and accept the free Gift of Eternal Life and forgiveness of sins,
was the foundation of evangelism. Today the entire denominational
and charismatic church world has teamed up with businesses, governments,
universities, and other institutions in a coalition to bring
P.E.A.C.E. to the planet. The P.E.A.C.E. project launched in May at
Saddleback church by Rick Warren and his publicist Larry Ross, who
met with pastors, political leaders, and business leaders to prepare
the world for P.E.A.C.E. P.E.A.C.E. is an acronym for Promote reconciliation;
Equip servant leaders; Assist the poor; Care for the sick; and
Educate the next generation. Coalition members see these actions as
Jesus’ antidote to five “global giants” — problems that affect billions
of people worldwide: spiritual emptiness, self-centered leadership,
poverty, pandemic disease, and illiteracy, according to Warren.
MODEL OF MINISTRY?
For the last several years Warren & company have been testing
PEACE and are now ready to launch, what Warren claims, will lead
to the next reformation. “A long term plan that may take up to
50 years to fulfill. ” The design and goal of P.E.A.C.E., “which is
a massive, long range effort to mobilize one billion Christians in
local churches around the world to copy Jesus’ model of ministry.”
What audacity for Warren to think his P.E.A.C.E. plan is a “model of
ministry.” His emphasis is for the churches themselves to receive
glory instead of God. Warren explained how his members used to
hand-deliver care packages to kids in Third World villages through
a para-church organization. Saddleback members felt good about
it, but the plan ignored and devalued the long-term ministry of the
local indigenous churches. Now every project is done through local
churches, insuring that those churches are strengthened, receive
the credit and are seen as the heroes in their communities.
Warren uses the analogy, “At a wedding the bride is the main
character, the center, the star of the show — everyone else is supporting
cast, but the glory goes to the bride. The P.E.A.C.E. Plan
is built on the same principle. The Bride of Christ — of which the
church is its local expression around the world — deserves the focus,
the credit and the glory for faithfully serving their communities
year after year.” As usual, with Warren there’s little or no mention
of sin, Repentance, and Salvation as the focus of his missionary
work. If it is part of his social work at all, it’s only peripheral and
not the main subject. Instead of people being led to Jesus Christ
Himself and to depend upon Him, they are led to man and become
dependent upon man.
THE CROSS
The Message of the Cross is God’s Revelation to the Church in
this hour. The curtain is closing and the stage will soon be set for
the next phase of God’s Plan. The Cross stands as the Testimony
of God’s Mercy and Grace towards all who will accept it. To those
who reject the Cross, it stands as a testimony against their sin and
rebellion. We must preach the Cross. “For I am determined to know
nothing among you save Jesus Christ and Him Crucified “
